CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% fee will apply or the gift voucher becomes void. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. A late arrival will mean your treatment time is shortened and its effects limited.
