I would like to congratulate the staff and owner on a very pleasant environment and ambience, whilst visiting your retreat recently.

It was a most enjoyable and pleasant experience, being pampered for several hours in a relaxed atmosphre.  The facial, body wrap, hot stone exfoliation massage and pedicure were all carried out professionally, caringly and discreetly. Quality products were used and I left feeling soft, hydrated and absolutely fantastic. I would like to thank Tresna and all of the staff at Aqua Spa Retreat Essendon for organising an amazing Staff Retreat Day for colleagues and I.  From the moment of contacting the spa via email for assistance in pricing, to the actual day, all staff members were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a fantastic day.  The nibbles, lunch and refreshments organised were delicious and it saved me having to organise a caterer or somewhere in the area to go for lunch.  All the ladies who attended on the day were more than pleased with the treatments and really enjoyed themselves.
