We begin your detoxification treatment with a relaxing far infrared sauna – known for their detox, weight loss, pain and stress relief properties. Drinking a warming cup of Green Tea will help speed the process including burning calories at a rate of approx 300 calories  per 30 mins. This is followed by a soothing full body scrub using Green Tea herbal gel to exfoliate dead skin cells, stimulate circulation and bring impurities to the surface. We finish by rehydrating the skin with a Green Tea cream high in amino acids that restore and tone the skin.
