Hot and Cold Stone Body and Face Wrap

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and detoxify your body with a wrap, re-energise with a face mask and allow the therapeutic heat and warm oil to take you to a new level of relaxation.

The mer & sens method uses the decongesting action of heat followed by the astringent action of cold to stimulate tissue oxygenation and enhance the sensory experience of the treatment.

The heat can penetrate to a depth of 4cm within the superficial layer of muscles. This makes it possible to achieve profound muscular relaxation.
